Is the Host Kit a fit for my business?

It may fit a small accommodation operator who wants editable guest messages or is comfortable setting up local Python tools. Start with the free checklist below. If you need someone to manage your property, a hosted channel manager, or a live customer-service agent, these downloadable files do not provide that service.

What is included?

The current kit documentation lists 12 English message templates, 5 Korean starter templates, calendar connection guidance with a read-only overlap checker, a helper for extracting supported booking emails into a CSV, and a helper for preparing cleaning calendar entries. Each tool has its own setup and supported-input limits.

Will it send messages automatically?

The kit supplies wording and a local placeholder helper. You set up scheduled quick replies in the platform you use. Replace property details, insert supported platform shortcodes through that platform’s editor, and preview the final message. A filled Wi-Fi field does not mean the door-access, parking, guest-name or date fields are complete. The kit itself does not send the message.

Does it prevent double bookings?

The calendar tool checks possible overlaps in the snapshots it can read. Calendar feeds can lag and imported blocks can represent the same reservation. A warning needs review on the live platform. The checker does not lock inventory, cancel a booking, or guarantee that a double booking cannot happen. A failed fetch is an incomplete check, not an available date.

Can I start without Python?

You can read and adapt the message templates without running Python. The optional scripts require Python 3 and local setup; email and calendar tools require supported inputs and any access you configure. Test one example with fictional data before using real operational information. Choose one useful part first instead of configuring every tool at once.

Is the booking CSV my accounting record?

The CSV is a working record extracted from supported email layouts. Email parsing can miss fields or stop matching when a sender changes its format. Compare amounts and reservations with the original booking and payout records. The output is not a bank statement, tax return, or reconciliation of money received.

What information should I share with support?

Describe the tool, the step, the expected result and the error message after removing private data. Do not send passwords, API keys, private calendar-feed URLs, guest names or guest contact details. The scripts run locally and contact the services you configure as needed; the seller does not receive your operational data through these files.

How do I get help or confirm the purchase terms?

For an existing purchase, reply to the purchase receipt with a redacted description of the issue. Before purchasing, check the current product page and checkout for the price, included files and terms. We do not promise a response deadline, a setup duration, a particular saving or an earnings result.
